I uploaded many files long ago to my cloud and made no access to them for so long, but when I checked the cloud storage I found nothing there, there are not so important files but there are a lot, and it says 14.4gb used but I can't access no files nowhere.
Are you certain you are logged-in to the corrrect Creative Cloud account? In other words, if you have accesss to more than one account, you need to use the right log-in (personal, work or school).

Hi there,
We're sorry to hear about your difficulties. Would you mind telling us if the file was lost from the Creative Cloud web or the Creative Cloud Desktop files and folder? The file which disappeared was shared with others using the collaboration feature? Did you make any changes right before it happened?
Please check this article and let us know if that helps: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/users-files-missing-creative-cloud.html#:~:text=Check%20in....

Files were lost from Creative Cloud web, I uploaded them from PC and deleted all on my PC, I've never made any file syncing from PC to the cloud.

Thanks for your response. Could you please check if you have files in the Creative Cloud file folder on your local machine (Either in windows explorer/ Finder)? Are files missing from Cloud documents or from the synced files?
Also, items that are removed from the Creative Cloud Files folder on your computer go into the Creative Cloud Assets site Archive at https://assets.adobe.com/files?filter=archive From the Archive you have the option to Restore or Permanently Delete.
Let us know if that helps.
Regards,
Tarun

No files in Creative Cloud file folder and no files in https://assets.adobe.com/files?filter=archive.
I have no problem if the files were lost but I doubt if there are no files in the cloud why it says 14gb are used.
