Hallo und guten Tag,

 

leider gibt es anscheinend keine andere Kontaktmöglichkeit.

Geräteaktivierung funktioniert nicht mit MAC-OSX und Windows10 unter Bootcamp.
Obwahl es ein einziges Gerät, wird dies immer als zwei Geräte erkannt!

Creative-Cloud Foto-Abo (20 GB)

Ich benutze das ABO auf zwei Geräten: MAC-PRO (Mac-OSX + WINDOWS 10 (Bootcamp) und Mac-Book-Pro.
Ich muss auf dem Mac-Pro jedesmal eine Anwendung deaktivieren.

Maximal darf man die Anwendung auf 2 Geräten benutzen!

Thanks for the update, Twein.  You are correct that installation on Windows (Bootcamp) and macOS will both be counted as an activation.  When running Windows in Bootcamp, it is running as a separate computer.
