I keep geeting the same message for over a year now:
You do not have access to this product
I have submitted mutiple help requests via the Behance help page. Non of my requests have been answered.
I also followed all the insturctions on the adobe forum, none of it helped.
Please help me get access to my Behance profile!!!

I have an Adobe subscription on another email account. But that is not linked to my Behance portfolio.

The other email can connect to Behance, but my page there is empty. My portoflio is here: https://www.behance.net/polina123

is there anything that makes you think someone without a subscription can use behance?
of course, the answer is no. that email associated with the behance site appears (to adobe) to be just that, a user with no subscription.
so, you could change the email/adobe id associated with your active subscription to match the adobe id associated with the behance site you want to access.

It doesn;t let me do this. Because the email is already used in an active account. So this is not a solution to my problem.

Hi, I have a corporate subscrption to Adobe Creative Cloud and Behance is part of the package. It was working till last Friday but suddenly I have been getting the same message "You do not have access to this product." Can anyone help resolve?
