Behance projects got deleted

I had to change my email to make all my social media profiles consistent and so I did. But once my email was changed my Behance profile was wiped clean and now all my follows and followers, all my personal information, and the worst, my projects were all deleted!

Can anyone explain to me this and if there is a way to restore the lost projects? Of course, I can reupload them but that is so much work, and some projects were a collab with a few others and on their page, the project is still on...
