best plan for multiple users ?

Individual plans are for single users only on up to 2 devices.  But only one device may used at a time.

Adobe offers Team plans for businesess with multiple users.

Acrobat Pro starts at $24/mo per seat (user).

Single App plans start at $36/mo per seat (user).

Includes an Admin Console to manage seats when employees come or go as well as other perks.

Just as an introduction: the All-apps-plan is said to be interesting for people who use 3 or more of the All-apps-programs.

Hi, we a small architectural studio with 4 users and struggle to understand/decide on which plan/s are best for us (Adobe plan packages does not indicate or make it clear ....)

 

All 4 users require:

- Acrobat to open pdfs

If it is simply to open PDFs, you could do so with Acrobat Reader. Acrobat Reader is free to use. If you need to modify PDF data or need more advanced operations (like Adobe sign, preprint checking etc) you will need Acrobat DC or Acrobat DC Pro.

- Illustrator (or at least 2 of the users)

- Photoshop (or at least 2 of the users)

The cheapest Photoshop plan is the Photography plan with 20Gb of cloud space. That one is around $10/month. This plan includes the full Photoshop program, Lightroom Classic and Lightroom (cloud based, either useless with 20Gb of cloud space) and includes several mobile applications and additional services. You do not need to use those other programs, however.

That leaves 2 single app plans for Illustrator (each with 100Gb of cloud space)

I hope that helps. I would like to point out that the plans are bound to the users. It's not a floating licence, where the user can decide that today they will need to work with Photoshop, and they take the licence. The licence is also not attributed to the computer.

The All-apps-plan includes all those apps (Acrobat DC Pro version) in addition to some other may be useful apps (like Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign). The all app plan does not include Substance 3D, which, I guess, could also be interesting for you.

In a managed environment (computers are centrally managed) I would recommend a Teams subscription (each plan includes 1Tb of cloud space). Invoicing is easier (one invoice), users can be allocated licences (important when a user leaves the company) and cloud space is centrally managed. The Photography plan is not available in a Teams setting, so you would need to take 2 single App Photoshop licences with that.

An Enterprise plan is probably not useful for you, as that one is for bigger enterprises and not for smaller teams.

As a side note: Cloud space is not meant to be offline space, like you can have with Dropbox or OneDrive.
