My local CC Sync Folder is on my system hard drive, and is fairly large-ish (25gb)... can I simply move it to a different drive?

thanks!

Correct answer kglad

use your cc app > files > preferences to change your sync folder. then you can delete the old one.

Sorry, should have been more clear- I'm referring only to my Sync Folder (working files), not my Apps (Mac) folder, which is where the apps live. (Original post edited)

thanks

Thanks - where can I find these "guidelines" ?

It's currently on my system hard drive, I just want to move it to an external SSD. Per your note, I tried moving it into the root. I'll create a folder (even though it's technically a folder itself) and try again...

this is adobe's faq, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-connection-faq.html

but i don't think adobe's mentions any location restrictions.
