No. Not unless you keep dedicated backup files somewhere.
I use a backup & recovery service called Backblaze that copies my computer files each night to a cloud storage center. $6/month for unlimited files and total peace of mind. You can't beat it.

did you check your adobe cc deleted folder?
if the files are not there after being deleted, they're not available via adobe storage.
