  2. Select outbound Rules
  3. Select outbound rules

I was having an issue with my MS Defender blocking the recent files/folders and not allowing access to my accounts page (it wouldn't show me what my plan was). After talking to an Adobe tech who told me to try accessing a new network somewhere else to see if the issue was still there, I contacted my PC manufacturer who couldn't chase down and resolve the issue either. I found your post and thought, "Well, it's worth a try!" as I have exhausted every other potential fix. And BAM! My issue is resolved! Thank you so much for posting your resolution. I hope my issue and your fix will help others for years to come.

Holy hell, you have SAVED me so much damn time. I knew it was a firewall issue since when I turned it off, I could access my Adobe services, but when I turned it back on, it kept getting blocked. You have just saved my account, thanks so much.
