Hi,

I recently started studying, and I was given a new Adobe ID by my administrators.

Whilst working in photoshop the other day, I realized that alot of my previous work was missing. It quickly occurred to me that I had saved those files in the Creative Cloud File Storage of my previous account (the one I am using to post this).

Not only am I unable to view my Creative Cloud assets (https://assets.adobe.com/files) due to being greeted by a Error 401, but the files are straight up missing from my computer. I even checked the recycling bin. They are gone.

Is there any way I could access my Creative Cloud assets or have them be transferred to my new account?
