You need a paid Creative Cloud plan to access your Portfolio editing console.

Log-in to your Adobe Account below to confirm your Creative Cloud subscription is active and payment details are current.

I have the same problem. It is nothing to do with account payment status. It happened about a month ago then all was OK after  a couple of hours. Since you need an CC plan to use Portfolio and other things such as PS and Lightroom continue to work, something else, very inconvenient, woudl appear to be going on.

I'm having the same issue. This has been going on for a while. Im able to open the website for my portfolio (anasomera.myportfolio.com) but it's not in my Porfolio Edit page. I tried to create a new one... but my portfolio name isn't available. Probably because I'm already using it. Please help!

I have the same issue. The "edit my portfolio" button is not showing even after I login in to my paid creative cloud account. I can't edit my portfolio for quite a while already.

Hi I am in the same situation right now, I cannot access the editing of my portfolio website but I do have a creative cloud subscription. How did you resolve this problem?
