Cant use Adobe license on phone

My work bought the big license via a main mail address and assigned the one user to me and my mail address. When I log in with my mail add on the computer, I have full access. But when I use apps on mobile, I am asked to buy a license. Despite using the same mail address.

Anyone having an idea why that happens? I shouldn't have to have two licenses? One for phone and one for my Mac. That sounds too odd 😊

Please go to Adobe Customer Service (make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups on your browser):
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen will automatically open the chat window.
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.

You may also be able to contact Adobe by phone:

Hi @Peru Bob

Thaks for the link. However it doesn't open a chat. I've tried on 3 browsers but nothing works. Any idea on other ways to make the chat work?

Kind regards

Gitte

Are your browsers blocking popups?

I removed the block and installed a few extra browsers to see if that workded.

It doesnt work. Very odd.

Perhaps it's cause I'm sitting in Denmark. But nothing pops up, no matter if I'm in the international or the danish adobe site.
