Career as a graphic artist or digital artist with Adobe

hello there artists,

I am self learned digital artist and a graphic designer and a student. Adobe has been my dream company since i've started using adobe softwares but the question in my mind is that is there any way that i can  join adobe as a an artist? can only engineers join the workforce? please tell if adobe hires graphic artsts too?
