Que lo pueda guardar como guardo los archivos de dropbox, y pueda adjuntarlos desde esa carpeta para enviarlos, si el receptor no tiene creative no deja compartir el archivo, tampoco lo puedo subir a wetransfer...

there's probably a translation problem.  use a browser that allows popups and cookies and contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
