My libraries are not loading in any app. CC app shows the sync up to date but gives me the message 'Oops, page not available. Something went wrong initializing Creative Cloud libraries.'
I checked my account on the website and all the files are there in my library. Just not in any app.
Coworker said logging out and logging back in fixed their's. Didn't work for me. I have tried all the suggestions on this site from trashing the library file to the cloud cleaner and nothing is working.
On MacOS Ventura 13.0.1.
The only thing that fixed this problem was installing the new 2025 versions of Adobe software.

have they worked in the past?
if yes, did you make any changes (eg, os upgrade) that might be related to the problem?

Yep. Worked fine just a week ago. Now nothing works. I thought someone else on here would have had this problem but most people only list the library not working for one app and issue with Windows not Mac.

I have automatic updates on. I'm not sure when the last one was. If this was an upgrade issue, seems like there would be more people here with the same problem.

As I said in the post, I did that. In fact, I cleaned all my Adobe apps and reinstalled them.
Just got to work. Now the libraries are showing up in the CC app but still are still giving an error in Illustrator. Appears they are attempting to sync in the CC app. I'll see if they show up in Illustartor after the sync is complete.

Looks like the libraries are back after they loaded fully. They are showing up in Illustrator.
Maybe all I needed was patience to wait a day or two.
Thanks!

I've been having this problem on a daily basis. Sometimes it works, like right after a restart, but the next day i come into work and none of my libraries are working. I've tried all the suggestions on the "Something went wrong initializing Creative Cloud Libraries" page. My coworker doesn't have this problem. She's got the same computer same specs as me, same network settings.

"Win: Ctrl + Alt + R"
That asked me to Relaunch the app. It didn't help.

you could test to see if you have a computer account error by creating a new computer user and using cc with that user.

for others:
reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:
Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R
if that fails, repair per https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-install-stuck.html

if that fails, uninstall using the correct uninstaller from https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-mes... and then reinstall using*
if that fails, do a clean cc install carefully following each applicable step:
uninstall every cc app including preferences per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
then uninstall the cc desktop app, again using the correct uninstaller per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-mes...
clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
check for, and if available, update your os
if windows is your os, repair all ms visual c++ versions that can be repaired (use google if you don't know how to do this)
if windows is your os update your ms visual c++, if it can be updated (use google if you don't know how to do this)
restart your computer (don't skip this)
reinstall the cc desktop app using the "alternative download links" at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html
use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials>
if that fails, you probably have a corrupt user account. google your os and how to create a new one.
