Hello,
I paid an annual subscription to Cloud Creative tools on November 2022 for an employee of my company associated with her email.
This person will leave the company, and I would like to transfer the remaining months of the account to the person who will take the position.
I've searched through the Adobe website but couldn't find anything related to this. Does anyone know how to deal with this? Can I transfer the licence to another email account, or do I need to buy another license?

As far as I know, the only license you may transfer is a TEAM license, an individual license belongs to that person, even if you paid... and not only that, you will keep paying until that person cancels the subscription

you need a team license (mentioned by @John T Smith ) or enterprise license. otherwise, you're on the hook for the individual license you purchased for someone else. you can either pay the cancellation fee or remember to cancel a few days before the 1 year subscription expires (or you'll be on the hook for a one year renewal).
