Choose which Creative Cloud Libraries to sync

I see in 2020 there was overwhelming support for selective sync on Libraries to avoid them taking up too much local drive space:

...yet to my knowledge this still hasn't been implemented? If not, why not? It seems like such a no-brainer as a feature request? If assets are in the cloud anyway, why must we lose local storage as well for things we don't need most of the time?
