Cleaning up Creative Cloud files doesn't reduce used cloud storage

My Creative Cloud storage starded to fill up, so I decided to clear it up. Creative Cloud is like the french, stubborn, complicated, and always insist on doing things their way. I deleted like half of all files, but it still stayes on 87%.

I don't want to re-install creative cloud, because I have to delete all my apps. Is there a fix to this?

sync'd files are no longer supported.

do you have anything in your local sync folder?  are any of those online?

use a web browser to navigate to the following locations. at each location there are several folders/link to check.:

https://assets.adobe.com

https://lightroom.adobe.com

https://documentcloud.adobe.com

https://spark.adobe.com

if you delete anything from any of these locations, check for a deleted folder where your file(s) was (were) moved. if you want to clear space you must delete files in the deleted folder. the used storage shown at each of those four sites (when totaled), should match the space shown used by your cc files.

Thank you for your message. Unfortunately, there’s little to nothing stored at the locations you sent. It’s about the 'Synced files'. This folder is 46 GB, but Creative Cloud says it’s 87 GB.

Ooo, that explains a lot. I guess it is all in my local folder, because Creative Cloud doesn't store it anymore right?

they shoudn't be online, and files there shouldn't count against your storage.
