My files are stored only in the cloud. With the dish discontinuation of Creative Cloud, will I lose my files, If I leave them on the cloud?

You should always have a local copy of all files, not just in the cloud
If you don't have space on your computer drive use an external drive for files

Isn't any way I could ask Adobe for a copy of all my files, in zips, as Google does?

There is no such thing as "dish discontinuation" as you say.
Adobe is discontinuing automatic file synchronization, that's all. You can still manually transfer files to & from your Cloud storage if desired.
I use a dedicated file backup & recovery service called Backblaze— $7/month for unlimited cloud storage. In addition, iDrive has plans starting as low as $20/year for 1TB storage.
These days, everyone needs at least one dedicated backup system to guard against catastrophic data loss caused by fires, floods, earthquakes, hurricanes, volcanoes, tornadoes, theft or other unforeseen events.
Hope that helps.
