Cloud files not showing up in finder window

I have files stored on my creative cloud, but they are only visible on the web version or in the creative cloud application. They don't show up in my finder folder for creative cloud. It just shows an extension to the web version.

reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

if that fails, click the cloud icon in the cc desktop's upper right > cc web and verify that your files are on the web.

if they are, restart your computer and recheck the cc desktop app.
