Cloud not syncing on PC desktop from other devices

Cloud not syncing on PC desktop, syncs fine on Samsung s20 & iPad but nothing shows up on my desktop, help?

open your cc desktop app on your problematic pc. 

click the cloud icon at the upper right

click cc web

 

do you see the expected sync'd files?

 

 

 

if not, sign out and then back in to your cc app (on the problematic pc) using the same adobe id used on your samsung and ipad (you should check this), http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

 

if that all fails, do you have more than 1 adobe id?

Thanks yes I see them now , seems so counter Intuitive... I went to the CC
desktop app then Files , amd it says no cloud documents .
So you have to go all apps, web, click launch on lightroom THEN a web
browser opens your files....wowwww....lol

you're welcome.

 

p.s. cc app>files>are not sync'd files.  those are various adobe cloud files, but not sync'd files.  to open your local sync folder from that panel, click "open sync folder" at the lower left.

 

 

p.p.s. and yes, (imo) i think the entire cc file system is a confusing mess.
