Vorab, der Kundenservice von Adobe ist eine Katastrophe!! Man hat es nur noch mit vollumfänglichen DUMMEN nicht intelligenten KI Chat Bots zu tun. Man wird in einer Endlosschleife zum Wahnsinn getrieben. Unmöglich ... nicht akzeptabel. 

 

Nun zu meinem Problem. Ich habe alle Clouddaten gelöscht, alle Bilder etc. habe den Papierkorb geleert und die Creative Cloud mit OPT+COM+R neu gestartet, es wird immer der gleiche verbrauchte Specherplatz von 3,7 GB angezeigt. Kein einziger Löschvorgang zeigt irgend eine Wirkung. Wo liegt das Problem? Warum kann ich die Cloud Daten nicht vollständig löschen? Warum macht es Adobe einem so schwer? Die ganze Hilfe hier auf Adobe ist unübersichtlich und nicht zielführend. Deshalb kann ich mich in einem letzten Schritt nur wieder hier in Adobe Community artikulieren. Das ist schwach Adobe. 

 

Genau diese Hilfe funktioniert nicht. Auch wenn man aus GELÖSCHT komplett alles entfernt reduziert sich der Cloudspeicher nicht.

use a web browser to navigate to the following locations. at each location there are several folders/link to check.:

 

https://assets.adobe.com

https://lightroom.adobe.com

https://documentcloud.adobe.com

https://spark.adobe.com

 

if you delete anything from any of these locations, check for a deleted folder where your file(s) was (were) moved. if you want to clear space you must delete files in the deleted folder. the used storage shown at each of those four sites (when totaled), should match the space shown used by your cc files. more info,

i checked all this locations. No files there. I erase all trash, NO effect. It's a blame the custumer support of Adobe.

Die "Endlosschleife" kannst Du mit "Agent" stoppen. Da der Bot nicht intelligent ist, versuche nicht ihn zu verwirren. Ich mache immer sehr precise kleine Sätze.
