Cloud storage - uploading content already in folders

Hi,

I would like to use my cloud storage to store some packaged inDesign files that are currently stored on my laptop hard drive. I will have them in the cloud as security but also to share with a colleague. After going, round and round in circles with Adobe chat service, it appears that you can't upload a folder from a desktop to the cloud and since syncing files is no longer supported, I'm not sure there is much benefit to the cloud at all.

How are users finding this? Does anyone have a workaround for bulk uploading packaged content or as another example, an image library of photos structured in folders that you just want to place in the cloud?

Many thanks, Jo

you can't use adobe cc as a general file storage.  check another cloud storage system or even safer, purchase an external hard drive for storage.

Thanks for your reply. You used to be able to store and share folders with sync option though. Now you can't seem to collaborate on an inDesign document which is what I signed up to do. We were told we could if we signed up to a business account but it doesn't appear that way.

With Adobe, when you pay for storage you're not getting storage, you're only getting excuses and your wallet pilfered. Without the ability to upload already-organized folder structures, Adobe Creative Cloud storage is completely 100% useless.
