When I tried to start CoreSync.exe manually, a window appeared: The MSVCP110.dll is missing, please try to reinstall the software.
This is not true, because the file is in C:\Windows\System32 directory (and many other locations...)
Could you please let me know what can I do?
(I have not reinstalled the Creative Cloud yet...)
Kindest Regards,
Gergely

It means that the DLL is not the right version and/ or never was registered correctly. Download the relevant package from Microsoft and install it manually.

Dear Mylenium,
Firstly, thank you very much for your answer!
I found this is the relevant package :
... but to be honest, this has not been solved the issue.
I have several Visual C++ packages installed on my computer due Prepar3D simulator, and this is the only application which have problem with MSVCP110.dll.
Is this CoreSync is crucial to run? Can I disable it somehow?
Kindest Regards,
Gergely

Hi,
CoreSync is a critical component of Creative Cloud, without it you wont be able to sync any files etc. Are you still seeing CoreSync crash? If so could you capture a crash dump for me?.
Thanks

Hi,
Can you verify that CoreSync is actual crashing?
If so please check in C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\CrashDumps for a CoreSync crash dump for me?. Otherwise you can follow this simple guide on how to generate crash dump files on Windows. Creating an Application Crash Dump.
Thanks

Hi,
Your issue is with Faulting MSVCP110.dll:
The program error in Event LOG:
Faulting application name: CoreSync.exe, version: 1.3.1.405, time stamp: 0x542560cc

Faulting application start time: 0x01d027f79f9f6fd4
Faulting application path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Creative Cloud\CoreSync\CoreSync.exe
Faulting module path: MSVCP110.dll
Report Id: dd4de025-93ea-11e4-826b-8086f26039ec
You must be using the wrong version of this DLL on your system for some reason. Having different versions of Visual C++ on your machine can cause issues with many applications.
I would test Creative Cloud on a clean machine with the latest Visual C++ from Microsoft.
Thanks

Konc,
Yes, please send a description of what you were doing before you saw the message, the crash dump, and the zipped contents of your CoreSync directory to syncforum-communication@adobe.com
Please see below for information on finding the CoreSync directory.
Windows:
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CoreSync
Mac:
/Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CoreSync
'Library' on Mac and 'AppData' on Windows are both hidden folders. Please read these pages for help on showing these folders:

https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/access-hidden-user-library-files.html (Mac)

Ben
