it's not clear what adobe software is/was on your computer because you posted in the cc services forum and mentioned adobe reader which is not part of cc services.
can you explain what is/was on your computer related to adobe?

I have the same problem on my computer. When I opened it this morning I got a pop-up window that says, "The code execution cannot proceed because CRClient.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem."
Sounds like you tried uninstalling and nothing happened. Did you get a solution to this problem?

none of you posting about this problem have explained what's triggering the error message.
p.s. av programs (esp, mcafee) are known to trigger this message.

We're sorry to hear about this. Could you please let us know when exactly you get this error message? Which Adobe app you're using? Is it possible for you to share the screenshot of the error?
We're here to help, just need some info.
Regards,
Tarun

For me, this error popped up after a PC reboot. However, both Acrobat Pro and Creative Cloud Desktop are starting fine. I only have Acrobat Pro installed.
I'll let you know if it happens again.
