I encountered such an error message when I tried open Creative Cloud. Of course, I carefully followed the solution for error72 at https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-logs.html#error72 but it turns out that not working for me. My Windows system is Win10 and is up to date. How can I solve this problem?
