I have an Imac running Apples most recent IOS, Montery 12.1. I have a subscriptoin for the Creative Cloud. When I try to open the programs, such as photoshop, they don't open or take a very long time to verify. I get a bar saying verifying, that often takes a very long time to complete and usually doesn't open the program.
I read in a forum that some non Apple products need full disk access, which I have granted in my preferences.
Apple says it's not their problem.
Any suggestions? If I can't solve it here, is there a support phone I can call, or only forums on my personal Creative Cloud plan?
Thanks for any help.
Tom
