creative cloud asset menu is missing

when i open the creative cloud app on my win 10 i can see apps and fonts but cannot see the assets.

why is that??

and how can i add it?

I have read that all Adobe Plans EXCEPT for the Photography plan have access to the Assets option and have the ability to access the Market.

It also states that
