Creative Cloud CC libraries unable to sync 2025

Community Beginner ,
Jun 04, 2025 Jun 04, 2025

Hi, I’m on macOS Sequoia 15.3.1 using a MacBook Pro M1 Pro. Creative Cloud Libraries won’t initialize in any Adobe app. I've done a full uninstall via Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool, granted Full Disk Access, reset CoreSync, and cleared login caches.

Logs from ngl-lib show repeated errors:

  • GetPrincipal Status: Data Not Found : Principal

  • GetLatestNglProfile Status: NGL Profile Unavailable

  • Signout StatusCode:110 + Signin StatusCode:403

This appears to be a CoreSync authentication issue tied to my cloud user profile or Sequoia OS incompatibility. Please escalate to the CoreSync engineering team and confirm whether this OS version is officially supported.

Hi @brittneyl90662895

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. I'd recommend contacting and working with our support directly for this. They will likely need to collect logs and work with our developers to understand the cause and how to resolve it. You can contact them here:

I see it's supported on paper – but hasn't been working for a few months. I'm wondering if I'm the only one or if this is a widespread issue...because then that will tell me what to focus on and who to talk to. If it's something on my end then my IT department would most likely be best for helping + if it's an issue on adobe's end then I'll take the time to work with a developer.

you're probably not the only one, but it's not a widespread issue.
