creative cloud file download not working

For the last two weeks the image download for shared files in creative clouds has ceased working,

whenever we or a client try to download shared files a link such as

"https://scproxy-prod.adobecc.com/download?resource=https%3A%2F%2Fcc-eu1-prod.adobesc.com%2Fapi%2Fv1%..." appears but no download commences.

As we are using Creative Cloud to share project progress with our client and used to enjoy the integration in our operation system and the creative suite a lot this is extremely annoying.

I am having the same problem.  I saved an  Illustrator file and created a public link.  The original file can be downloaded ok as can all of the formats EXCEPT for eps, which is of course the version the vendor wants.

I've noticed the only difference in the urls is at the end.  These work:

...&format=png&filename=filename.png

...&format=pdf&filename=filename.pdf

...&format=etc&filename=filename.etc

This does not:

...&format=eps&filename=filename.eps

I CAN save the file as an Illustrator EPS and share that file, which works but it defeats the purpose of saving/sharing one file without knowing the end user requirements.

Has any advancement been made? I tried talking to someone yesterday at Adobe for over an hour, and got no answer. Just kept getting passed around.

Even when I create a public link for a library and check the box "allow downloads" the link that I share no longer includes the Download or Comment option. It use to have the option to allow the end-user (who does not have Adobe products) to view the assets and allow them to download it as a PDF, even if the original file was made in Illustrator.

Do these fixes actually ever get made? I have been given this runaraound for a week regarding no access to my CC files. I cannot download 80% of them. Chat support keeps saying its a known issue and the team is working on it. I don't believe they are. They had an update one day later and it did't resolve the issue. Nothing since then.
