All the files I was working on were stored in the cloud.
It's been a little over two weeks since my subscription expired on April 22nd.
Currently, all the files in the cloud have been deleted and cannot be verified.
I knew that I could access files stored on the Creative Cloud server within 30 days of cancellation.
If the user cancels their educational plan subscription and all cloud files are deleted,
Adobe needs to notify the user immediately before the plan ends.
It was never notified, and there's no provided window to ask
if the user wanted to save the files as local files before the plan expired.
Due to the above reasons, I would like to request a file recovery.
Please restore my cloud files asap before the entire files get deleted on May 22nd.

use a web browser to navigate to the following locations. at each location there are several folders/link to check.: https://assets.adobe.com https://lightroom.adobe.com https://documentcloud.adobe.com https://spark.adobe.com if you delete anything from any of these locations, check for a deleted folder where your file(s) was (were) moved. if you want to clear space you must delete files in the deleted folder. the used storage shown at each of those four sites (when totaled), should match the space shown used by your cc files. more info, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/file-storage-quota.html?linkId=100000257885896

Thanks for letting me know.
Is keeping data for a month after the subscription expires only when it's a regular subscription?
Did all the files get erased as soon as they expired because it's for educational purposes?
What a shame..
