MY CREATIV CLOUD APP GOES OFFLINE EVERYTIME I TRY TO DOWNLOAD A PROGRAM.... HOW CAN I SOLVE THIS PROBLEM. I HAVE ALREADY CHANGED 3 DIFFERENT WIFI LINES

Thank you but i don't know how but i found a way with firewall options

Yes, i clicked on "allow apps through the firewall" and the i add the name
of creative cloud between the apps that were already there.
I don't know how to explain better because i can't remember how i arrived
at that point, sorry!

win defender is a common culprit.  glad you got it sorted.
