Every time I need to reboot my '19 iMac (OS 12.6.4), it takes 15-20 minutes until the machine is usable again, which is an insane number. When I glance at Activity Monitor during the reboot debacle, Creative Cloud is taking 99.9% of the CPU, which is, again, a ridiculous statistic.
I find myself repeatedly uninstalling the entire Creative Cloud ecosystem in order to prevent my Mac from being virtually hijacked by CC... but then having to reinstall occasionally because I actually really need Photoshop as a front end developer, on a fairly consistent basis.
Feels like this has been going on for years now, Adobe! What is wrong and how can it be fixed?

Thanks, every current version over the last two years has been installed, then removed. I am not currently using CC any longer.

are you currently seeing that cpu usage problem, and if so, what does activity monitor indicate is consuming your cpu?
