I created a library and I am trying to share it with my team. When I click on "Collaborate" it leads me to a page that says "Error 404: Asset not found." When I access my libraries on the web, that particular library doesn't show up. How do I get this library to show up and be sharable?

Hi,
Could you please check if syncing works in Libraries Panel.
Click on creative cloud icon in the footer of the Panel to trigger sync:
Wait till sync is finished and repeat Collaboration flow you are doing.

Hi - I have triggered the Synch as you suggest but when i follow the 'collaborate' path I'm still getting a 404 page

We are currently working to fix this problem, and will update you when the issue is fixed.
Also our specialists will reach you out to investigate this case.
For now we can suggest a workaround - try exporting library to any location on your machine (there is Export menu option in fly-out menu in Libraries Panel).

And import library back to the Panel. Let the library sync and try Collaboration flow for this imported library.

reset your cc desktop app, then click the library panel sync icon in the app you're using.

Thank you for your reply, I'll try that, but not sure that will work...
I'm talking about the collaborate received by email, which leads directly to a webpage that says "Error 404: Asset not found." (not the app)

after trying, if the reset/resync fail:
what's the link look like? are there extraneous characters (eg, a period/dot)?
