Creative Cloud Not Syncing

Nothing is syncing...I've tried to restart, sign out, uninstall..everything...and nothing is working.  Please help!  Thank you!

Can you please tell us in more detail exactly what your seeing?. Have you checked out Error: "Unable to sync files"
