Creative Cloud photography plan - does not update software on mac

Hi, for quite some days now I can't update the apps on my mac any more. I also used the link to the much newer cloud version of Photoshop. That has now gone and I have no clue how I could activate that again. The error message does not tell me anything - error 301...

Is there a way to start the cloud version without these updates?

Which version of Creative Cloud Desktop App do you have?  Help > About Creative Cloud.

Which operating system?
