Creative Cloud Storage - File Archive: Page Not Found

I've been using the CC file storage for a month. I recently uploaded a bunch of new data and got a warning that I'd exceeded my 20 gb limit. When I went into the archive, I started deleting files and folders, but soon get an error message that asked me to "please try again". Deleting ceased to work.

I've since completely emptied the Creative Cloud folder on my computer, but when I go to Creative Cloud.com it shows I've "used" 13.2 gb of my data and, strangley, three folders of my files continue to appear.

When I try to go to the archive, I get a message: "Page Not Found". Seems as though it doesn't exist anymore or there's no way for me to access it.

Through all of this, file synching continues unless I pause it.

I'd like to just clean everything out and start again, but it seems there's no way to access the archive. I'm running the latest version of CC desktop on Windows 7 and use other apps such as Indesign, Photoshop, etc.

Any ideas?

@unYannickFrechette

Could you try emptying your Archive again and see if you can do so successfully now?

Hi!

me, too....

I have the same issues: I've tried to sync the lightroom catalog folders, which contains over than 20.000 files...

and now I can't browse the archive folder.

Can you delete all my archive folder, please?

thank you!

@Gianpaolo Oteri,

We emptied your Archive from your side so the issue should be resolved.

@unYannickFrechette

Thanks for the update. I'll follow up and let our engineering know. What was the name of the folder that was causing the issue?

HI,

My Archive folder doesn't seem empty and I can't still browse it!

My account occupied space is reported to be 9,0GB/20,0GB.

But I have only one folder, of about 500 Mb, in my cloud space...

could you verify?

regards

thank you

I'm having the same problem accessing the Archive folder. I have also other syncing problem, after a restore of my Mac I've noticed that my files wasn't sync with the cloud, I had to restore my files from my Time Machine backup... this CC file service is really unaffordable!. Now I'm trying to wipe my cloud space to restore my documents but during the process I suddenly can't access my archive. The worst thing is that even my root file folder is not in sync with the cloud...  Is there any maintenance in progress?

@yarontm - You have over 10,000 items in your Archive and so a timeout issue is causing Page Not Found to display. Would you like us to restore or permanently delete the items in the Archive.

Are you still seeing Page Not Found when viewing the Archive?

Yes, I am.

I also see three folders and one file on the Adobe CreativeCloud.com site that are no longer present in my personal Creative Cloud folder, on my personal hard drive. I've currently got file syncing paused because it seemed to run indefinitely with no result.

@Pam Bourdon - We have deleted the files in your Archive. One file had a metadata issue and so we placed it a folder starting with "Recovered".
