do a clean cc install carefully following each applicable step:

uninstall every cc app including preferences per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, again using the correct uninstaller per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-mes...

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

check for, and if available, update your os

if windows is your os, repair all ms visual c++ versions that can be repaired (use google if you don't know how to do this)

if windows is your os update your ms visual c++, if it can be updated (use google if you don't know how to do this)

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app using the "alternative download links" at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

NOTE: win 11 users that have trouble with the latest win 10 installer often have success with the older win 10 installer.

@iTzKubus

you failed to mention using the cc cleaner, and that's the essence of my posted reply.  in addition, if you've really done everything, there's nothing else left to do, is there?  eg, did you reformat your os system drive, reinstall your os and then install adobe software?

I had the exact same problem! I called Adobe and a tech remoted into my computer and did a bunch of stuff (ex. he ran the CC cleaner tool, then changed three Adobe folders in my ~Library to Adobe_old then did a clean reinstall). It fixed the issue on my 2023 MacBook Pro.

However, I'm now running into the same issue on my MacBook Pro Early 2015! It makes me suspect that something is rotten in the state of Denmark.

P.S. Do not try to reinstall Creative Cloud. It requires uninstalling all Adobe apps; then, the reinstalled version still doesn't work, so I was stuck without any Adobe apps for about a week. I posted on this forum and got no answer. I wasn't able to work for a week. However, calling Adobe and having a tech remote in did fix the issue.
