Creative Cloud Unable to sync

Hi there,

My Creative Cloud says that it's "Unable to synch XYZ". I don't have any XYZ folder and when I click to "View on Creativecloud.com" the browser gets me to the "Archive" folder on website which is empty. How can I solve this issue?
