Hello. Today I tried to move a folder from desktop to creative cloud and i had an error message saying that the cloud couldn't load the files and they just disappeared, now I can't find them anywhere. Is there a way I can find them back?
1. check your computer's trash.
2. check the cc files by opening the cc desktop app>clicking the cloud icon at the upper right>click cc web and check the ~10 folders (including deleted).
3. use a restore program (google it) to restore your files.
