Hello Adobe team,

is it for the other users except the administrator also possible to see/edit the "creative cloud files" directly on the mac or is it only possible for them to see/edit the folders with the internet browser?

Thanks in advance

Hello Chui Ming Tam,

One of the services built into the Creative Cloud desktop app is File Sync. With File Sync running, it keeps both the files online files and the local files within the Creative Cloud folder folder the same. If you delete them on the computer they get moved to the online recycle bin (Archive), if you delete them online they moved to the recycle bin or trash on the computer.

Here is a help article about this too
Browse, sync, and manage Adobe Creative Cloud assets

Please let me know if that helps and if you have further questions.

Thanks,

Hi Dave,

You mention File Sync but not where to enable it, and I didn't see File Sync mentioned on the page you linked. Can you share where to enable that?
Also, the documentation you linked to mentions a Creative Cloud Files folder but perhaps that's only on Windows? It doesn't mention anything about mac or getting it to show up in Finder. I searched for that folder on my mac but didn't come up with anything. Thank you for any tips you can share!
