Download ganzer Ordner aus der Cloud/ Ihre Arbeit

Hi!

Nach langem Suchen und Probieren, musste ich bedauerlicherweise feststellen, dass es nicht möglich ist, ganze Ordner seiner Arbeit aus der Cloud zu downloaden. Lediglich einzelne Dateien lassen sich herunterladen. Legt man Projekte in Ordnern an und möchte den Ordner als ganzes herunterladen, gibt es dafür keine Option. Man muss alle Dateien einzelnd runterladen.

Wäre toll wenn Adobe das mal ändern könnte, um den Cloud Dienst zu verbessern. Bei anderen Cloud-Dienstleistern ist das Standard.

Nein, aus der Adobe Document Cloud heraus muss immer noch jede Datei einzeln herunter geladen werden. Das muss echt besser werden.

Oh, sorry. Im Webclient auf dem PC kann man tatsächlich Ordner komplett herunterladen und auch mehrere Dateien markieren und herunterladen. Ich hatte nur auf den Mobilgeräten geschaut.

use a web browser to navigate to the following locations. at each location there are several folders/link to check.:

https://assets.adobe.com

https://lightroom.adobe.com

https://documentcloud.adobe.com

https://spark.adobe.com

if you delete anything from any of these locations, check for a deleted folder where your file(s) was (were) moved. if you want to clear space you must delete files in the deleted folder. the used storage shown at each of those four sites (when totaled), should match the space shown used by your cc files.

This still does not allow you to download multiple files/folders at once, as it is possible in Google Drive (creating ZIPs).

I have only 30 fiels to move to my other account, but still very tedious.

What are some developers thinking about usability?

if you tried shift-clicking and it failed in a browser and failed in the cc desktop app, there's nothing else to try.

and yes, there are more than a few cc file features missing.
