Question

downloading from creative cloud

I have had - as a non-profit organization - an Adobe Creative Cloud account for years - certified through Techsoup. Now Adobe has canceled this agreement. Techsoup suggests that I download all my files from Creative Cloud and then cancel my account and create a new one via this link: https://www.adobe.com/promo/TechSoupCCSN.html?sdid=SYBNLTFF&mv=affiliate

My question is: How do I download my files from Creative Cloud? I cannot see this option in Creative Cloud?

For anyone else reading this...
Do NOT have your files only in cloud storage
You should always have an extra copy of all files (or TWO full copies)
Computer crashes or account changes happen, so use an external drive for copies
A USB flash drive to keep in a safe place... here are 2, there are many more available
PNY brand https://www.amazon.com/PNY-512GB-Turbo-Attach%C3%A9-Flash/dp/B0BF5VHLBZ
SanDisk https://www.amazon.com/SanDisk-512GB-Ultra-Flash-Drive/dp/B083ZLJ5MG
Other flash drives are 1 or even 2 Terabytes

Eriksten, thanks for posting your question to this public discussion forum. I am sorry you are having to go through the inconvenience of transferring your information between accounts. In addition to the information provided by Kglad, please see https://adobe.ly/4lGftCp for details on how to transfer assets depending on the services that you utilized. ^JW

It seems that I can only download 10 files at a time. This is very unsatisfactory. And the possibility for synchronization no longer exists. Why has Adobe made it so complicated - or is there something I haven't understood?

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

use a web browser to navigate to the following locations. at each location there are several folders/link to check.:

https://assets.adobe.com

https://lightroom.adobe.com

https://documentcloud.adobe.com

https://spark.adobe.com

if you delete anything from any of these locations, check for a deleted folder where your file(s) was (were) moved. if you want to clear space you must delete files in the deleted folder. the used storage shown at each of those four sites (when totaled), should match the space shown used by your cc files.
