Erro de sincronização na biblioteca da Creative Cloud

Olá. Não consigo fazer com que a biblioteca da Creative Cloud faça a sincronização de forma correta. Já reinsntalei o app e também reiniciei o mesmo usando os atalhos Ctrl+Shift+R. Em um primeiro momento a sincronização é feita mas logo em seguida volta a falhar. Tentei excluir a pasta Creative Cloud Libraries, conforme o site da Adobe orienta, mas não consegui. Ao tentar deletar a pasta o sistema diz que preciso da permissão do usuário, no entanto sou administradora do pc em questão. Como faço para resolver esse problema?

Fiz isso também e a biblioteca até sincroniza em um primeiro momento, mas acaba falhando depois.
Desinstalei todos os apps e a Creative Cloud usando um desinstalador na tentativa de deletar os resquícios de arquivos que possam de repente estar influenciando no erro.

Agora estou instalando tudo novamente. Vamos ver se dá certo. Qualquer coisa, chamo aqui. Obrigada pela ajuda!

you can also check online to see if there are files that are not syncing.

 

use a web browser to navigate to the following locations. at each location there are several folders/link to check.:

 

https://assets.adobe.com

https://lightroom.adobe.com

https://documentcloud.adobe.com

https://spark.adobe.com

 

if you delete anything from any of these locations, check for a deleted folder where your file(s) was (were) moved. if you want to clear space you must delete files in the deleted folder. the used storage shown at each of those four sites (when totaled), should match the space shown used by your cc files.

Infelizmente não deu certo. Continua não sincronizando e o erro não só aparece no app da Creative Cloud, mas também no app do Photoshop, por exemplo. Não sei mais o que fazer.

E quando tento deletar a pasta "Creative Cloud Libraries", conforme a orientação do próprio site da Adobe, na tentativa de recriar o cache, também não consigo, pois é pedida a permissão do usuário, que na verdade sou eu mesma. Sou a única administradora do PC em questão. 

Obs: A única coisa que tenho atualmente na biblioteca é uma única paleta de cores. Já esvaziei totalmente a lixeira da mesma.

you could just wait a day and see if it gets fixed on adobe's end, or contact support via chat so they can check your computer.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
