Bonjour,

J'ai acquis une tour windows pour pouvoir jouer a des jeux et faire de la 3D récement, je fais des études de Motion Design donc j'ai besoin d'utiliser la suite adobe pour pouvoir travailler, cependant à chaque fois que j'essaie d'installer un logiciel de l'appli adobe dont le créative cloud cela me met le message d'erreur : 0xc000012f . 

J'ai regardé sur des forums et beaucoup de personnes disent que le problème vient de Microsoft Visual C ++ , j'ai essayé leurs solutions mais rien ne marche pour l'instant.

what's your os/version?

 

did you install the cc desktop app without any problem?

first, clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

 

then restart your computer and use the "alternative download links" at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html to download and install the cc desktop app.

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

use a browser that allows popups and cookies and contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
