I just got the email saying that my File Sync has been turned on but my desktop (tray) app says "Unable to connect to the creative cloud." Do I need to redo something?

Please let us know what is the operating system you are working on?
Did you start getting the error message after the updating Creative Cloud ?

Windows 7 Pro 64bit
Got it both before and after.
Tried signing out and back in (both successful) but still no connection being reported even though the Launch Creative Cloud Website link works .

Here is one version of the error I see. The other version is when I right click the same message appears at the top of the popup menu.

Hi Emptypage,
Could you please share the PDApp.log and acc.log file from temp directory (%temp%) of your machine and send it to vitalwar@adobe.com.
This will help me in debugging this issue and providing resolution to it.

After your last email to me I and missing the support call. I uninstalled my copy of Creative Cloud and installed a fresh copy. That did the trick and I am now connecting properly. Now if the Typekit was just fully connected to my desktop app. That would be heaven.
