File Sharing still a problem on CC?

Hi

I'm trying to share a pdf file with a client. Unfortunately, she can't download the PDF version. Only the JPG and PNG versions.

Adobe Creative Cloud

The file is in public mode.

We saw this issue in the 3 major browsers, in Mac platform: Chrome, Firefox and Safari. We didn't try in PC
