Files/fonts not loading in CC - I do not have com.adobe.accmac.plist file.....

SO, I have searched high and low as to what's going on, but I cannot get my files and fonts to load.


I have tried to locate this file: library/preferences/com.adobe.accmac.plist

but I do not have that file on my mac..

Someone, please help.
