Hey there, I was having some login issues and wanted to ask customer support for help. Kind of absurd this is the kind of support you receive no? I'm hoping by posting here some one else will be able to assist me. (They ended the conversation without offering any support)

first, check your account to confirm your subscription, your adobe id and your password, https://account.adobe.com
if that shows what you expect, open your cc desktop app and, using the same adobe id/password used to verify your subscription, sign in: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
if that fails, you have stored credentials on your problematic computer that we'll need to clean.
