HELP Needed: Nothing properly works in my CC

I have issues with:

1. loading plans or any other information related to plans in my account

2. In photoshop can't generate any image - keep getting message of internet conenction issues (connection is fine)

3. In Illustrator can't open library with fonts

4. Firfly page opened through CC is totally empty

 

For sure there are other errors but this what I've notices and happenning last 3 days. Need help to reslove this. Not clear how to get help from adobe team.

What is your computer?

What MAY work is to sign out of your account, completely remove the programs, and do a fresh install

-https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html to remove programs
-and a special cleaner for Acrobat https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html

1.  try a different updated browser that's not opera

2  ask in the ps forum

3  ask in the ai forum
