How can I download my files from the cloud?

New Here ,

Hello

Can someone explain to me how to download all my files that I have in the creative cloud? The creative cloud application only allows me to download one at a time.

I have more than 25GB in the cloud and it is impossible to download them one by one. Downloading manually would be a job of weeks.

Can somebody help me? Is there a function to download everything at once?

use a web browser to navigate to the following locations. at each location there are several folders/link to check. in some, you can shift-click to select multiple files. in others, you can dl only one-at-a-time.

https://assets.adobe.com

https://lightroom.adobe.com

https://documentcloud.adobe.com

https://spark.adobe.com

if you delete anything from any of these locations, check for a deleted folder where your file(s) was (were) moved. if you want to clear space you must delete files in the deleted folder. the used storage shown at each of those four sites (when totaled), should match the space shown used by your cc files.

Convoluted, labyrinthine nightmare.

it's not terrible once you realize the four locations have next to nothing in common.  if you try to think of these as one adobe cc file "feature" yes, it's a nightmare.

They do it like this on purpose so you struggle to download your content and keep paying ridiculous prices for their incompetent devs.

@mbes

no one should be relying on any online service (adobe's or anyone else's) for important files.  cloud storage is a convenience. it should never be a necessity.

I agree! The only reason I haven't switched to another provider is that I don't want to download my 19,000 documents one by one, because that would take years. I see no reason why a company should prevent the download of folders or multiple files at once in 2025.

Yeah as soon as you select multiple items, the option to download files is removed.

This sickened me.  I'm out.  I can get the same features that I use from Adobe for free elsewhere.  The storage was the reason I was around.  Now that I know Adobe makes it so hard to access your own files, I'm cancelling my service.

@David_Pfau5270 In the Creative Cloud App click the Files folder icon on the left. You can Shift - Click or Cmd (Ctrl) click to select multiple files to download. I don't know why the Web interface does not allow you to do the same.
